Ignoring your passion is slow suicide. Never ignore what your heart pumps for. Mold your career around your lifestyle not your lifestyle around your career.

I know a lot of feminists rail on about the career pitfalls of being a woman, but this is not one of them. We are more likely to pursue work that brings us happiness, without the social pressure to provide for a family. Despite the fact that the concept of a single-income household is practically extinct in this day and age, men still feel this pressure. It’s a shame we can’t all just do what we love.

Street style blogs are so depressing. Why are these people so attractive? How is their hair and makeup always perfect? Why do they have such long legs? How do they afford all of these clothes? Who takes these pictures? How do they get the motivation to get dressed up everyday? Do they spend all day walking around paris/nyc/la/chicago/amsterdam buying flowers and drinking coffee?
